12–19 April 2026

The NorthWales Africa Society (NWAS) is an organisation led by ethnic minorities, dedicated to supporting African and Caribbean communities throughout North Wales. NWAS focuses on social integration, education, the environment, health, wellbeing, and enterprise, empowering these communities to thrive and actively participate in Welsh society.

In additionto its core mission, NWAS is increasingly involved in climate and environmental initiatives. The organisation collaborates with various partners, including the Welsh Government, to ensure that the voices of ethnic minorities are included in efforts to create a more sustainable and inclusive future. Building on this foundation, WANI – Exchange represents a significant advancement in promoting inclusive engagement in climate action.
